My one complaint was that while we boarded using the standard enclosed gangway, when we arrived at SEATAC, the ground crew were slow to hook up the stairs. After reaching the tarmac we had to walk up a long ramp all outside in 35° weather. We just came from Bali and did not have warm weather clothes. This was in addition to having to collect our bags in Vancouver, take them through security again and then having to show our passports 4 more times all within the Air Canada section.

So we didn't actually go. We were hoping to go for the Inauguration of the first female president. When That Guy got elected, we bailed. Unfortunately, we got basically none of our money back, despite having travel insurance. Would not fly with Air Canada again unless I had to.

Minimal food offered (crackers). Had to clean the seat with a wet wipe because of dried food.

They charge 5 dollars for plastic headphones for a flight of 1 hour! Seats are awful. Service is terrible.

Everything was seamless. I would have appreciated knowing there would not be any real food available for purchase in advance. Otherwise a great experience. Thank you!

United agent at FLL excellent - due 55 min conx at ORD rerouted us on an earlier departure via DEN and got home 5 hours earlier than expected

I was mostly pleased. My greatest disappointment was with respect to the timely update to the estimated departure and arrival times. It was especially sad that the arrival time was not updated online once we were in flight so as to allow my wife to arrive on time to the airport. She was not happy.
