It was alright other than the changes in the Alaska Lounge. That and the migraine I had were disappointing. Other then that everything went well.

It was alright other than the changes in the Alaska Lounge. That and the migraine I had were disappointing. Other then that everything went well.

It was a short flight so no refreshments or entertainment which was fine.

Flying in both directions across country the gate designated on my boarding pass was wrong. From w to e across the country the passenger next to me coughed the entire way.

Although both planes (flights) had mechanical issue delaying both of my flights, the crew members handled everything with ease. Both flights had the smoothest take off and landing. I opted to upgrade my seat to first class and really lucked out getting the seat at the very front of the plane. Awesome treat to myself. I really enjoyed my flight.

The staff from check-in counter to the flight crew were great. Flight was right on schedule. 10/10

Changed flight from San Fran to Seattle Then with a Delayed takeoff barely made my connection Waited over an hour for luggage 😜

It was good. There was a mistake made in Seattle. Somehow we were bumped out of our seats as if we weren't on the flight anymore. The woman at the gate caught it and announced our name to come up and she fixed it.

I wouldn’t fly with Alaska again if you paid me.

I appreciated Alaska Airlines very much, they are expanding traveling locations globally as they partnered with another company and am excited and looking forward to our next traveling adventure with this great Airline. Thank you kindly

Food and entertainment were inferior to jet blue The pretzels were way too garlicky

Good. Would be better if the carry on baggage was free.

Westjet is one of the worst airlines in the world. 100% guaranteed to have flight delays and flight cancellations. Will never book again with Westjet.

Scrooge airlines spoiled my last chance at Christmas with my 95 and 92 year old folks. and rest of the family in Calgary. Ticket personnel would not let me on without a passport and I always visit Canada with my enhanced driver;s License when I travel from the US

The additional charge for the WiFi was not worth it. Streaming a football game was a joke as it continued to lag will be requesting a refund

Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. Baggage took 45 minutes to reach carousel

The quality of service at WestJet has really decline in the past couple years. Now they rarely leave on time and are full of excuses to obviously try to minimize their responsibility for compensation. Reality and what is mentioned at the gate for delaus rarely jive. If you apply for compensation even if appropriate, you are declined. They need to get back to doing the small things great rather than look for more reasons to grab money.

I had a guy behind me kneeing me in the back due to his limited leg room and the stewardess kindly relocated him. I was very grateful.

Flights were great. Food was great. More information about the requirements for plane transfer in Canada would have been helpful. I almost missed it.

Your staff on the flight back to Calgary were very friendly and efficient .

Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

PDX staff was great and we arrived on time in YVR.

Horrible I had a health emergency and couldn’t go Air Canada refused to allow me to reschedule

Really poor travel experience. My first flight was cancelled, which cut my international trip short and threw off my schedule. I will not be flying Air Canada again if I can so help it. The crew and in-flight experience was pleasant and enjoyable but the consistent delays and cancellations are not worth it.

Economy middle seat was so narrow that I could not sit back comfortably with passengers on either side of me. Over the 9-hour flight, with my body slightly twisted most of that time, my previously-healthy left knee became very painful, even though I got up to walk multiple times. The knee is still painful 3 weeks later. Otherwise, it was a nice flight, but I was crippled over my entire vacation.

On the Vancouver to NRT flight, The staff were condescending and withheld at times. There were times when they appeared to be more concerned with socializing with each other than appearing professional. I know it must be a hard job, but being chatty and handsy with each other in the public view only to be condescending to customers isn’t a good look.

No entertainment what’s so ever so you may want to prepare yourself. Our flight was delayed.
