Awful. Late. Basic. Phone charger jacks didn't work. No entertainment No coffee even.

Very good. But seat selection was not good. We were put on different rows. Would have been nicer to sit besides each other as a couple.

Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.

It was delayed then we turned around so not good.

Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.

Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it

Could have a somewhat larger snacks. Appreciate the free wine.
