It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.

I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.

Mixed experienced. Nice staff. Spacious 787 better than cramped Airbus, though my seat was broken. The bad: Way overpriced ticket and charged for food despite 6 hr flight.

Air Canada business class used to be among the best among North American airlines, however it has gone downhill since the last time I flew with them. They didn't even offer any drinks prior to takeoff despite having over 30 minutes on the ground for boarding and de-icing. Once we got in the air the service was fine, however the food was lukewarm at best and just okay. The warm bread and spring mix salad was very good at least. My main complaint is they were letting economy guests use our washroom. Presumably because the Max 8 only has one in the rear. However as I was sitting in row 1 I constantly had passengers waiting in line for the toilet.

Very smooth flight and the crew members were very welcoming.

The plane was cramped and dirty. Not enough liquid was served to stave off dehydration.

The speaker flight attendant talked over was way too loud. Hurt my ears -had to take out hearing aids.

Air Canada is the worst airline I have ever flown. They lost my luggage, cancelled my flight, refused to pay for a hotel, charged me for business class even though they changed my flight to economy and there is no process to get someone on phone. Would not recommend Air Canada to my worst enemy.

Super. Planes were clean. Flights were on time. boarding was smooth. Flight attendants were professional.
