It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes

It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.

I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.

Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

Liked the lounge in Toronto. The filmed safety information featuring a tour of Canada was amusing, maybe confusing to those with out English or French, or flying for the first time. With a few exceptions, personnel were polite and helpful.
