First class felt like economy, seats were horrible, food was horrible, staff inattentive
Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.
lots of delays the crew were unclear about where to pick up my carry-on, which they took from me to check in on the plane.
They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad

Cramped seats. Audio jack for the in -flight entertainment was broken.

Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.

AA had a nationwide tech glitch today and after two connections snd hours of delay, I arrived 7 hours late to my destination
It would have been better if I could have had my flight on time. It was delayed for 5 hours. Caused me to not be able to fulfill my promise to my granddaughters. Other than that it was a good trip.
Delayed due to no crew. On a major holiday travel day.
Was supposedly in main extra (row 10), but the seat spacing appeared to be regular economy (the head rest was blue, as well - same as economy, the seats in front of us had red head rests). Otherwise the flight was good and got in well ahead of schedule.
It was good overall but the prices of snacks are ridiculous.
American was having a problem with their kiosks when I arrived which made the check-in and bag drop process unusually long. Additionally, they only had one person working check-in. Eventually, the kiosks were fixed and everything else went smoothly.
The flight got canceled last minute with no explanation or refund, I had to rebook for a different day
Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.
This was a horrible American Airlines experience, and it discourages me from flying with them again. It may have stemmed from a mechanical delay, but it appeared that the team was unprepared to respond to the delay. After boarding, we waited an hour before finally taking off. After landing at our destination, we waited an additional hour on the tarmac waiting for a gate (at 8:00pm) to be assigned and cleared. The flight crew did their best, but they were clearly tired and also ready to be done for the day. Because of the delay, I missed a connecting flight. It was a very poor experience.
ground crew at Casablanca as well as at Montreal was not helpful at all. specially at Montreal airport, very rude .
Our checked in luggage was not put on same plane as us in the trip to Quebec and on our return 4 days later to Toronto. At Toronto airport we were told it was at the airport and it would be 10 mins. This was not true as the i-tag in my luggage showed initially it was still in Quebec. We were made to wait 1 1/2 hours to get our luggage which it seems evident to me came on a later flight. This was despite being at airport in Quebec 2 hours before flight was due to fly out so our luggage was there very early. We were both wheelchair assisted so the wait in Toronto was especially difficult . As well as luggage issues our flight from Quebec to Toronto was cancelled and a new flight sent in the evening. We had to check out of our hotel and sit in a cafe for 3 hours until we came to airport still two hours earlier than required. This was by far the worst service I have used throughout my trips around the world
The TSA people or whatever you call them were a bit rude- I asked why I had to take my shoes off bc I'm 75 and in the USA, I don't have to. The man didn't need to snap at me. It wasn't even busy! The plane was ok, a bit small for such a long flight, but I'm very familiar with the 737 used ( I fly it often between SFO and SAN) service was ok-nothing special. If I drank alcohol I guess I would be happy with free choices. the plane was HOT and even the FA commented on it. They tried to get it cooler, but it never happened.
Fantastic how well crew especially at check in counter switched to English for our comfort.
I have flown on many airlines all over the world, and this plane flight was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.
Flight from Minneapolis to Montreal was easy, breezy. Small plane, so not much overhead space. The seats felt slightly smaller than normal, but not uncomfortable for my body type. No screens in the seats for watching movies or shows, but I don't mind, I'm more of a reader.
Check in was confusing with the kiosk at the airport. Just too vague and not enough explanation of what to do.
Flight was delayed a few times but that is just something that can happen. We were glad we had a long layover before our next flight.
Although check in crew at the counter was helpful, gate agents were not forthcoming with delays and eventual need for overnight stay at Toronto. No voucher was issued for the delay and promised that Toronto crew will take care of us with vouchers for hotel stay, food and transportation to md from the airport. Toronto gate agents pointed to customer service who flatly refused. I will never fly Air Canada again
Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we finally got to Montreal at 9PM, instead of Houston where we were supposed to be. Several flights we could of got on and fixed our situation were nixed as they wouldn’t put us on a plane w/o our bags, but when they finally canceled our original plan they easily located and relabeled our bags. No one seemed to care.
