Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.
Well considering they didn't transfer our luggage once we arrived in Frankfurt to our Air Canada SUCKS!
My flight was delayed, causing a shortened connection to my second flight, which led to a stressful experience. Additionally, I had to pay the luggage fee twice, for which I have receipts. Since Air Canada and United Airlines collaborate, their partnership should aim to provide better service, rather than leaving passengers to bear the consequences of an unprofessional experience.
Bad, still waiting for my luggage, since I arrive 5 days ago
Our flight was rescheduled causing us to miss our connecting flight, then missed our option of a ferry.
This leg was run by United. Food was ok and the regular menu was actually not good ( Hindu meal was fine). Crew was fantastic
Not very comfortable when stuck in a middle with passengers that encroach on your personal space.
The air hostesses were pleasant and helpful Food was great
POOR- In Belgrade flight was delayed over 2 h, without explanation , no one to ask nor get any info I lost connecting flight in Frankfurt . Awful experience . I’m confident to avoid Lufthansa in the future
