Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight
Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.
No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good
The cancelation of my flight from Toronto to Edmonton without any solution given to me for my next flight. Very poor connection from Toronto to Edmonton
Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying
Original flight canceled and communicated poorly. A series of gate changes , delays and plane changes followed. Even after the entire flight boarded there was another plane changes followed. Food vouchers provided to my travel companion but not to me despite being on the same reservation. No in flight entertainment. The entire experience was terrible although the flight crew were great.
Flight was on time. Online check in capabilities made things quick and easy. Zone boarding was enforced, which I appreciate. Everyone was not lining up ahead of their zone being called. Crew was professional and friendly.
Dogs. Dogs. Dogs ! Who the hell thought letting dogs on board was a good idea ? Yapping dogs on both flights ! They ruin the experience for everyone else around because you try to accommodate everyone. Please send me a refund.
We booked Premiere (their version of first class) and Premium Economy seats. We boarded an old swoop flight with all coach seating. No benefit to paying higher fare and no apology or reimbursement.
The big lady was sitting right next to me and the button to recline my seat was blocked by her huge arm. No power outlet for chargers. No inflight Wi-Fi movies
Lynda was rude and unhelpful. We asked for tea wiht a slice of lemon. She served us Coffee instead. When we spoke to her she made it seem as if we were lying. I asked if she would like to taste it and see - her reply was I don’t need to be rude. After this incident we were treated with subpar service for all beverages and food items after. We’re were purposely left out when they did garbage collection.
They lost my checked in luggage, why do I pay for my cargo not arriving at the same destination as me?
This flight didn't happen for me because of overbooking.
Everything was simple and easy. The lady at the gate was super friendly, I wish I had her name to share. She's a little older, dark-haired. You can tell she likes her job and would be a great influence on any young people training with her.
During the pre-departure safety briefing, the flight attendants rushed through the mandatory safety announcements in both official languages, making it difficult for passengers to clearly understand the instructions. Given the importance of these messages for passenger safety, this lack of clarity was concerning. Perhaps use a recoded message to alleviate this concern. Additionally, the flight attendants appeared to lack the professional attentiveness typically expected during a flight. Rather than focusing on timely and courteous service, they seemed more engaged in personal conversations than in addressing the needs of passengers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and care that travelers expect from a national carrier: AC.
Seats were comfortable, flights boarded easily, arrived early in Toronto and on time in Nassau
Poor planning meant the plane was delayed an hour, then a thunder storm started and the ground staff couldn't work. Eventual arrival in Santiago was 3 hours late resulting in missed connections and the need to buy new tickets.
Disappointed my flight was delayed to TO as i had a connection to make. Ran through the airport I made my flight but I initially had 1.5 hours to connect. Unnecessary stress!
The flight was delayed to 1:50 am from 12:05am which caused confusion for us on the connecting flight.
thee is no screen on these flights, smaller storage cabins scuffed my carry on, it was ok overall
