WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight

Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
We never had an experience they canceled the flight and they did not offer us an alternative flight. I had to book one on my own expense. They offered us food voucher and we could not use them at the airport it kept saying not attached to an existing flight. The people at the counter were rude and cold and they did not care about our situation
Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.
No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay

Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying
They lost my checked in luggage, why do I pay for my cargo not arriving at the same destination as me?
Terrible experience, flight was delayed both ways. Limited compensation for the 5+ hour delay. Will not be flying Air Canada Rouge, and don’t recommend you do either.
The boarding was relatively quick, the crew welcoming and flight uneventful. The omission of meals on all airlines is unacceptable especially when the flight is during a mealtime such as this one, (lunchtime), is unacceptable.
No Charging ports for personal electronics, which were required to use wifi entertainment.
an absolute disaster and nightmare on air condition. IT WAS FREEZING!! everyone around us had hats, hoodies, gloves outdoor jackets on. that segment of the aircraft had a fault I assume...no amount of suggestion to turn down the air con helped. otherwise all good.
Seats were comfortable, flights boarded easily, arrived early in Toronto and on time in Nassau
As mentioned previously the professionalism and speed of the Air crew was amazing… Sarah in particular was a joy to observe and interact with, she made my flight!
Rushed, the boarding was a great deal like a Chinese fire drill.
Poor planning meant the plane was delayed an hour, then a thunder storm started and the ground staff couldn't work. Eventual arrival in Santiago was 3 hours late resulting in missed connections and the need to buy new tickets.
Disappointed my flight was delayed to TO as i had a connection to make. Ran through the airport I made my flight but I initially had 1.5 hours to connect. Unnecessary stress!
