I book a filght for me and my daughter from Miami home to Las Vegas and getting her checked in was awful the lady at the baggage check in was horrible!!! She was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my entire life!!!! My daughter dose not speak Spanish and so I was trying to translate for her but the woman would not let me so my daughter was 100 💯 confused because she could not understand what was going on or being said at all horrible absolutely horrible and rude extremely stressful worst experience ever!!!!!!! And then we were actually told by other air port staff not to complain because if we did sprint would make sure we miss our flight ✈️ that they do it all the time 😧
Not good. No updates regarding the flight status until after the fact on the delays and then a cancellation.
If kayak actually provided me this flight and didn’t just send me notifications about it

Surprising everything went well. Nice attendants and fast getting on and off the plane. Overall, was happy with the experience.
I was surprised by a mandatory bag charge when I checked in at the airport. "Carry-on" wasn't an option eventhough all that I had was a small pilot case. I paid $79 so my bag could fly with me.
Not efficient. Missed my connecting flight over improper operation of spirit crew.
I couldn't understand the crew when they announced it was a new plane and there was therefore no wifi, huh? Seriously lame for 2025!
My experience was very nice. However, my Spirit flight 409 from Las Vegas to Tampa… the gate Associate Tissa was extremely unprofessional and boarder line rude. While in line I found out that my Uncle died… in that moment Tisza asked if I would help in car of an emergency as I paid for an exit row seat. I stayed “I will”… Tissa didn’t hear then implied that I didn’t understand English, yelled that I needed to speak up and other things. Associates like that will cause Spirit airlines to lose customers.
They kept delaying us and not providing any information which cost us hundreds of dollars . We had an event to get to and missed our even that we had paid for along with lots of wasted time and money booking nee flights.
The seats were awful, hard plastic covered in sheet vinyl. The airline tries to scam you into paying extra to get seat together when the flight wasn’t full. They were going to separate a family with young children but my wife who had a row to herself gave up her seat so the young mom could be with her young boys. I’m never giving this airline my money again.
It was a short flight so no food or entertainment….
I’ve never traveled on Frontier before. If you want basic, no frills, friendly service at great prices then give them a fly!
Landing in terminal 2, but my luggage is terminal 3. We (and others) were looking for it in terminal 1. We probably missed the crew broadcast, but the communication could have been clearer for non native (or elderly) passengers.
I was not permitted on my flight and had to purchase another flight ticket to Las Vegas.
Frontier had yet another flight cancellation. Have never made a complete round trip with this airline without at least one leg getting cancelled. Miserable flights - dirty, uncomfortable planes that apparently always have issues since I've had multiple delays and cancellations with them.
Flight was delayed 3 times, would have been nice to have received text message instead of email notifications. Frontier app wasn’t even updated accordingly, no gate number disclosed. No agent at front desk of gate to inform of delay. Very confused and left if the dark
They changed the timing , first delayed by 4 hours then went back to 40 mins late, we had to run back to airport to not miss our flight. This is ridiculous
Better to put road truck seat in plain it so uncomfortable can not adjustable and fill metal don’t have cushions at all it’s very hard to travel for five hours
No frills for sure. No gate announcements about flight delay, not even water to drink on the flight.
