Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.
Those flights were operated by Delta Airlines.. one of the reasons I booked them thru Expedia, even if the tickets are sold by WestJet. Service on board is good with Delta, but don't expect much snacks on inland flights in the US or to Canada. Their entertainment system was modernized, but not much new movies in the catalog.. Free Wi-Fi for Skymiles member aboard.
Don't fly westjet if you help it. Incredibly bad system/app, does not work. I have to fight westjet now for money back on goods I didn't receive and hotels because of delays. Extremely stressful flying westjet. For the cost of the plane tickets I felt utterly robbed. I also feel bad for the under paid staff at the westjet help desk who have to deal with so many ripped off and angry customers. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this! I don't know how they get away with it?
I paid Premium class. Given that it’s double the cost, my expectations are higher. I left the flight beyond hungry because they would not give me another dinner, though I know there were several left as we do not pre-order between the two entrees. After this flight I decided the extra cost isn’t worth it.

West jet once again canceled the flight delaying my travel this is inexcusable they are not capable of running an airline
We booked a ticket with Budget Air and the receipt said economy. My older teen daughter is neurodivergent and took a carry on bag since the ticket said economy, but she didn't see that it said no bags on her boarding pass. She has low attention. She managed to fly from Prince George to Calgary. At Calgary, she was preparing to board her last flight and the women said you can't get on. She said you can't board unless you pay for those bags. She had a small backpack, purse and carry on suitcase. She said you have to pay $160 +. My daughter has trouble understanding. She said can you step out of line to think about what you want to do. Then she said we have to leave you'll have to catch another flight. She called me in tears. I asked her to pass the phone to the agent. She said the agent was refusing to take the phone and ignoring her. I finally calmed her down enough to politely ask the woman to take my credit card. I told the woman of my daughter's challenges and need for extra helps. All she did was lecture me on how we booked ultra basic and we should have checked. She took my number and charged my card. Then I heard her push the phone back to my daughter and tell her to get on. My poor daughter was scared and confused and had to fly in tears. No apologies.
Flight was 1.5 hours late because the groceries for the flight did not arrive on time. Plane was new but basic low end seats. Very basic airline

Air Canada was on schedule, fast, and took care of me the whole flight. With affordable price, I 100% recommend you fly Air Canada if you are able to.
Air Canada is great! Got to my destination earlier than expected and was a smooth ride the whole way there.
The mid flight snack could have been more substantial than tiny bag of pretzels.
After several delays, the flight was canceled. I was “lucky” and able to get rebooked on a flight that left two hours later. The flight itself was fine although I didn’t like my meal. Flight delays and cancellations are far too common on Air Canada.
I’m not a small man but a little more leg room would make a big impact

Our flight was cancelled half hour before boarding. We then had to spend hours on the phone to get a much longer re-route through Munich with an extra 10 hours of trip time. It caused us to miss a full day of long awaited vacation. We are extremely disappointed.

The terminal and gate was never the right one announced in the Viva App, neither in screens, moved from one terminal to another

My flight was changed 4 tienes , delaying my arrival lore than 5 hours
Everything was okay, but boarding begins late and when I was returning there was a gate change. The app never showed the change.
Flights were delayed both ways, with no communication provided by the boarding desk. Delay time kept changing and the boarding process is a pain, as it is so disorganized. Would not recommend.

They changed the booking I had twice. I got an email last night at 10pm (which I missed of course). Went to the airport this morning and found out it got cancelled due to plane maintenance issues. They offered a flight for tomorrow morning and I just got an email with cancellation notice. Again!! I would not recommend booking with this airline.
They need to have enough immigration forms for every one. They should offer free water to everyone, unless some one needs bottled water
Delayed 6 hours! finally able to board, then had to wait 45 minutes for the plane to fill up. Mid flight when food service started, they had nothing to offer with the exception of chips and cookies. Worst flight ever!
I got to where I needed to go quickly. There were no amenities. And the seats were painful.
The worst. Kayak sent notification at 2am and 10am regarding the delay. Then sends a notification an hour before original depart time that it will depart on time. I had to wait 8 hours at the airport. My family had to pay for lodging in Guadalajara where I was landing for pick up.
The flight was delayed an hour and a half, and they would not update the board on when the flight was supposed to take off. Once the plane arrived, they started the boarding process before the plane was even ready for the passengers so we had to wait another 45 minutes on the tarmac while we waited for the plane to be ready for us. In my opinion, there is no point in starting the boarding process when you are not ready to board the plane. This just causes a crowded gate with everyone from zone one and zone two standing up going nowhere.
They were only able to give me a seat and not my travel companion, she had to fly on a different airline. unacceptable
My experience was good. But it seems that every time I go on Volaris the plane is always full, not sure if because the price is cheaper. And the flight attendants kept hitting my shoulder every time they walked by the aisle with their food cart. I’m 6’4” so I barely fit in the seat next to the aisle. Plus the seat was defective. I had a hard time raising the lever where I rest my left arm. I tried calling the flight attendant 3 times if she could assist me but she was too busy talking in the back with her fellow flight attendants. Finally after 20 mins she looked my way and she too struggled to fix the problem but she finally raised it so I could get out of my seat.
Stood inside the plane for more than an hour before take off
I never got an email for checking in for my flight back to Los Angeles so I got to airport extra early to sort it. they changed the gate, and so I had to run to the other end of the airport. Their app is wonky. They are not on WhatsApp and I didn’t have cell service to call for help. I think they need to up their game with communicating.
When booking I was not made aware that my flight would be standby. I was told when checking my bags that I purchased standby tickets. Luckily there was enough room but an unpleasant experience to say the least.
Overall good flight. The flight attendants were annoying and unfriendly. They would ask me to grab someone else’s trash can just waiting until the person woke up or after the flight is done. It’s not my job to pick up someone else’s trash. Especially when it’s not easily reachable.
The WiFi tv wasn’t working. The flight was over sold and moved several times. The gate assignment appeared on the screens right as we were supposed to board. Because of the flight being over sold we were almost stuck in Cancun for a couple of a days. The flight attendants were unfriendly and would wake you up to pick up other people’s trash.
