Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
Single flights to Cancun purchased through third-party, initially had issues printing luggage labels with the lady at the airport Pearson… Was super friendly and assisted quickly despite being very busy
Original flight canceled and communicated poorly. A series of gate changes , delays and plane changes followed. Even after the entire flight boarded there was another plane changes followed. Food vouchers provided to my travel companion but not to me despite being on the same reservation. No in flight entertainment. The entire experience was terrible although the flight crew were great.
It was great being a direct flight from Calgary to Tokyo. No transfer to worry about.
Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
It was so bad experience they wanted just charged passengers for any reason.
Boarding process was poor and slow. Should fill the plane up from the back like other good airlines
Early flight was great. Naps, movie and into Mexico with time left in the first day.
Everything was on time, loading and unloading went smoothly, and the staff were positive. I wish the seats were more comfortable and had a little more space. I was in the middle seat and had to keep my elbows in so I didn’t bump my neighbour’s arms. Would not like a middle seat ever again. Would fly Air Canada Rouge again 👍
Terrible. Flight delayed 3 hrs. 3 gate changes. Flight crew bored/unmotivated/churlish. Passengers encouraged to check carry-on bags, then long delay waiting for ANY to arrive at carousel , even though airport was quiet.
Bad again. I fly a lot and half my flights with air Canada are delayed. This one got delayed 4 hours.
The experience with Air Canada was nowhere near what I would expect considering the ticket price. I feel as though I was robbed and had horrible, the worst I've experienced across any industry, at every touch point throughout the flight. I will never fly Air Canada again and will do my best to discourage everyone I know from choosing this airline as the experience was so horrible I would not want anyone I care about to have to fly Air Cananda. Shame on you Air Canada - you set a new low standard.
Baggage lost and still waiting. Lack of communication. Expect more from our national airline
I overpaid for the trip. They would not consider giving me any compensation or a credit.
ground crew at Casablanca as well as at Montreal was not helpful at all. specially at Montreal airport, very rude .
Flight delayed by 5 hours, they changed my paid seat and didn't get a refund.

Our flight was rescheduled causing us to miss our connecting flight, then missed our option of a ferry.
