I needed to board early and that was no problem. The snack was just ok. Alaska is an EXCELLENT airlines . . . luggage fast and easy.
Couldn't access movies on the flight.not tech savvy Thought was free.
Alaska Airlines needs more bag tag kiosks and bag check-in stations in Seattle. A single entry point for the bag tag kiosks would be helpful. This alleviates lines forming at each individual kiosk, which causes traffic jams for people passing through.
They left my luggage behind in Seattle. However, they delivered it to my home the next morning.
The whole process was very smooth. My only complaint was finding out the evening before our flight that I had 20 hours left to purchase in flight food. Was not made aware of thus option prior to that alert and was too busy with other preparations to participate.
Alaska Airlines fraudulently listed this as a direct flight to Pittsburgh. We landed in Cleveland, waited an hour, then flew to PIT. No one was told about this. When I called and spoke with Alaskan Airways customer care, they were extremely unhelpful and lied about the direct flight. I have my receipt showing a direct flight. I am in the process of working with my credit card because Alaskan Airlines misrepresented the sale/service. I will never do business with Alaskan Airlines again.
Food and entertainment were inferior to jet blue The pretzels were way too garlicky
You guys are always have delays and then leaving us on the tarmac for 15-20 min. FIGURE IT OUT!
It was raining and cold and we had to walk outside to board the plane. And to have yo stand outside to wait in line to board. It seems they could find another way to send a few people at a time so passengers are not outside in the elements. Then to not have my luggage show up at my finally destination. Not happy with the whole experience.
I would probably fly with them again. It was a smooth process.
Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
I think they can provide the better food/snack option for the 4 hours flight. Drinks are fine.
It was terrible, if they ran flights on time it would make a big difference.
The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.
Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day
Delta flight was great from the check in all the way to arrival. However, I had a very bad experience. I requested a wheelchair and the wheelchair employee that went to pick me up from the plane in Boston to bring me to the baggage claims told me I have to pay him. I was under the impression that it was a free service and I usually give tips but the person forced me to pay and since I said no because I was upset with his demand when my daughter walked in to pick me up he demanded payment from my daughter who paid him thinking maybe now it is a charged service.
Late departure due to large number of wheel chair patrons. Used to having a box of snacks to select from in comfort plus. The flight attendant just rattled off what was available and asked us to pick. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Seat was great. Prefer having the screen on the seat in front of me instead of having to pull it up from the seat side. Lots of room for my carryon under the seat in front of me.
The important things including boarding and the flight being on time and safe were excellent. The disappointment comes from the comfort and amenities. Was misled by the "availability" of inflight internet- there is an extra cost. The tray table was broken, the bathroom door stuck and flight attendants were competent but not very friendly.
Flight was over 2 hours late which made us miss our connecting flight.
Except for the 28 minute delay leaving and the earlier reschedule to a later takeoff time the flight was good.
Loved the leg room and tvs screens on the seats and free WiFi. Wish the price was lower and could save by rebooking
It took 1-1/2 hours to get our luggage after we landed. That to me is unacceptable
The flight was delayed for 4 hours. Once onboard the crew was wonderful.
Overall was excellent. Will definitely us JetBlue in the future.

I rate it is good we had a 4-hour travel delay at one point but JetBlue gave out food vouchers and travel points credits for another flight so they try to make up for it
Smooth boarding and friendly crew. Unfortunately as soon as we boarded the unit that provides air circulation failed. The pilot informed us and requested maintenance technicians to check it out. The plane became uncomfortably warm without any fresh air coming in. Plus the repair delayed our departure. I am glad the maintenance crew were able to fix the problem. I also was without use of my tv monitor for the first 1/3rd of the trip.
Communication with the customer and stay is important. Staff off with a minor inconvenience but it worked out of course. Also this was a very old Mint Class plane. They snuck this one in on us. The updated aircraft are much better.
The flight itself was fine, but the boarding process was extremely frustrating. There is no one scanning boarding passes - passengers just scan themselves and enter the jetway. By the time my husband and I got on the plane and were halfway to our seats they determined there were too many bags on the plane and everything at that point needed to be checked. This created a lot of unnecessary chaos. They should have alerted people before getting on the plane that they would need to start checking bags instead of waiting until people were already on the plane.
