Three hour flight so snacks and basic drinks unless you pre buy as usual. Didn’t do my emtertainment as was tired after 23 hours of travel. You have to use your own device on US flights if travelers aren’t aware so if you only use your cell phone that can be small. Crew are great.

Awful. We got the last seats and they don't recline. We've been on this horrible journey since 6am and won't get to our destination almost a full day later. Oh and no food, either. Never again.
An uneventful flight is a good experience although one of the pilots gauges wasn’t working right so we had a half hour delay—no one can foresee that.
Plane was delayed and got me in past bedtime. But more importantly, my tsa precheck number wasn’t on my ticket so had to deal with the general line. Oh well, guess the delay helped that situation.
It was as good as flying can be, which is still very uncomfortable. Clean new aircraft, great crew.
Everything was good. The flight attendants were great. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any screens on the back of the seats to watch movies, tv, etc. I only had my phone to watch movies on.

Could have had more of a beverage selection than water and apple juice.
They only had one flight to my destination for the entire day. Six hour layover. Coming from their sister airline we didn't have any boarding grouping on our boarding tickets. Had to ask where we were within the grouping.
Flight was over an hour late, and we got notified every 15 minutes, beginning right at boarding, that it would only be 15 more minutes until we finally left about 75 minutes late. Of course, no compensation was offered.
Delta is a cut above the others in customer service.
Simply outstanding. Their new lounge for Delta One customers is a cut above the rest.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please
Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
I think they can provide the better food/snack option for the 4 hours flight. Drinks are fine.
It was terrible, if they ran flights on time it would make a big difference.
The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.
Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day
Excellent. Although they used to greet me as a mosaic member and provide a free drink, early boarding helps me to keep coming back to JetBlue.
Great flight. Departed early, arrived early. However they were out of meals for sale. Also, we arrived early and the gate was not available so we sat on the taxiway for quite a while (not JetBlue’s fault).
Cancelled flight with no specific instructions to get a boarding pass for another flight. The whole flight of people were in line for an hour because there was only 1 person to help at the desk. This was unusual for JetBlue.
It was too hot in the cabin. The AC did not help.
Except for the 28 minute delay leaving and the earlier reschedule to a later takeoff time the flight was good.
Loved the leg room and tvs screens on the seats and free WiFi. Wish the price was lower and could save by rebooking
It took 1-1/2 hours to get our luggage after we landed. That to me is unacceptable

Love the mosaic program, being able to move to an extra space seat for free is awesome
