Awful. We got the last seats and they don't recline. We've been on this horrible journey since 6am and won't get to our destination almost a full day later. Oh and no food, either. Never again.
An uneventful flight is a good experience although one of the pilots gauges wasn’t working right so we had a half hour delay—no one can foresee that.
Plane was delayed and got me in past bedtime. But more importantly, my tsa precheck number wasn’t on my ticket so had to deal with the general line. Oh well, guess the delay helped that situation.
It was as good as flying can be, which is still very uncomfortable. Clean new aircraft, great crew.
The second leg of my trip left without me despite being my inbound transfer only a few minutes late. My friends told the gate agent and they closed the doors and left early anyway. Then they tried to rebook me on a flight SIX hours later which only changed when I got a supervisor to make it 4 hours later. The gate agent was nasty, unhelpful, and walked away from me.
Everything was good. The flight attendants were great. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any screens on the back of the seats to watch movies, tv, etc. I only had my phone to watch movies on.
Well to start the crew is Seattle told me my luggage would go right thru to Ottawa. Not so before landing we were told to pick up luggage at carousel 8. On landing I asked and was told to pick it up & take it to the conveyer to be sent to Porter. Staff said Alaska always says that but no it doesn’t happen. As for Porter they said the flight would be a bit rough, so they offered a free wine or beer. Only snacks were provided on each flight.
Flight delayed due to engine issue. For 3+ hours still not on flight
Could have had more of a beverage selection than water and apple juice.
They only had one flight to my destination for the entire day. Six hour layover. Coming from their sister airline we didn't have any boarding grouping on our boarding tickets. Had to ask where we were within the grouping.
Plane changed to one with no entertainment system or ability to serve hot meals
Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.
No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good

Horrible. I checked out myself that it seems that I can have a free carry-on. But they ask me to pay $75 when we are nearly boarding. It was tricky during check out that make you mistake that you can have a carry-on beside your personal item. Also they ask $75 in the airport instead of $35 during checkout. So the whole process is designed to make you this mistake
Westjet is one of the worst airlines in the world. 100% guaranteed to have flight delays and flight cancellations. Will never book again with Westjet.
Plane should have entertainment, instead of people paying to use wifi
The cancelation of my flight from Toronto to Edmonton without any solution given to me for my next flight. Very poor connection from Toronto to Edmonton
Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying
Scrooge airlines spoiled my last chance at Christmas with my 95 and 92 year old folks. and rest of the family in Calgary. Ticket personnel would not let me on without a passport and I always visit Canada with my enhanced driver;s License when I travel from the US
Terrible experience, flight was delayed both ways. Limited compensation for the 5+ hour delay. Will not be flying Air Canada Rouge, and don’t recommend you do either.
The boarding was relatively quick, the crew welcoming and flight uneventful. The omission of meals on all airlines is unacceptable especially when the flight is during a mealtime such as this one, (lunchtime), is unacceptable.
No Charging ports for personal electronics, which were required to use wifi entertainment.
Rushed, the boarding was a great deal like a Chinese fire drill.

I like the friendliness of the crew members. I think the snack could’ve been better instead of a small package of pretzel. I like that they offer me something to drink.
The TSA agents in Phoenix were incredibly rude and confiscated belongings that we wanted to check. The flight got changed without our knowledge to a worse situation. The whole thing was terrible
My experience with Air Canada was good. Great customer service… only a few delays and issues with the tunnel to exit the plain. I did not appreciate that we arrived at terminal D and had to go to terminal E to get the bags/ luggage.
They announced before boarding that the flight was full and there would be limited space in the overhead bins and you could check in for free. We did and after we boarded the plane found it was not full and there was plenty of space in the overhead bins. I’m not sure why they made this announcement.
