Flight delayed any hour and couple of big gate changes
The pilot came out and chatted with the passengers. He explained why there was a slight delay. The crew was excellent. Very helpful. I had to buy meals for my whole family and they were in different seats, so the crew had to deal with that. They were very pleasant and accommodating and did a great job!
We were unable to land in Liberia. It was not the airline’s fault, but we had to be diverted to SJO.
We had things stolen from our luggage, we also were refused an upgrade on a flight that was not full.
When we left, it wasn't Great . People were drinking heavily, very disrespectful Extremely loud, the entire trip. I think the crew members, should have get their attention. Coming back was great.
I sat in the club. The seeds were fantastic. The meal was great and Entertainment was good. The crew was fantastic. I recommend it to everybody.
The food was small portions and not fresh. I was seated at the back of the plane so by the time the cart approached me most of the food options were sold out. The cabin crew was fantastic however.

We were in economy class but paid for option Plus which offer you an extra snack after take off, free earplugs & blanket. The crew were very attentive. The comfort however wasn’t great, hard to be comfortable in such restraint place. Wasn’t able to sleep through out the 7hrs flight and was exhausted upon arrival.
My suitcase was completed destroyed. The top part is broken and unusable now.
When I booked it on Kayak it aaid that I wasn't allowed hamd luggage. I called United Airlines and it took them 6 minutes to figure out if I was allowed free hand luggage. Surely something that simple they should be able to tell me instantly.
I do prefer to fly United and have always had excellent service, except for bad weather. Flights are on time and staff is alway curtious and helpful
We were delayed in Toronto on the tarmac for THREE hours with no clear indication as to why except that it was not a safety hazard. Pilot did apologize more than once but even he was unable to explain why exactly we were delayed. I overheard the stewards saying that the captain was very frustrated with the situation as well because he was not able to explain why except it had something to do with water supply or system on the aircraft and now we needed to wait for an engineer to approve the aircraft for flight. It was very frustrating and distressing as a passenger and we should have been given complimentary meals at the very least.
Flight was cramped with every seat taken. The food was fine, nothing crazy to write home about. The plane felt dated and needing some TLC, the button for the window shade didn't work and there were no AC outlets to use. When communicating with staff all except one nice lady never seemed happy to help me almost like I was bothering them when asked for things like a glass of water or a snack. The flight was overall fine. It did what was needed which is get me from point A to point B. But it certainly was not special. I don't expect much in economy but I believe economy on a host of other airlines is more memorable and better experience.
All male crew was just too woke for me. I felt like a sardine. I will never take a window seat or the rearmost seat again. I booked early and did not pay for seat selection and that was a mistake. The security at IAH was atrocious. I was violated and radiated as I was in a hurry to connect to my other flight. I may have lost items under the seat in front of me that I couldn't see nor bend over to look.
Liked nothing. As per previous segment it was delay delay delay.
In general ok, my only issue is that they had no hot items for purchase. I had very little time in my connection due to baggage/customs/TSA, thag I barely even had a chance for a stop at the washroom and buy water, to make it to my gate when they started boarding. I had nothing to eat because the trip started early, so I was ready to purchase, and they had nothing except for dry items like snacks. I had to purchase a mediocre, overpriced cheese and fruit board, instead of at least a pizza or sliders that I was planning on getting. Other than that, it was fine. But that’s typical Air Canada, to not have enough.
Most disapointing experience. We were rerouted to Toronto, after a 7 hours flight , where we sat on the tarmac for a little over 4 hours, in a full airplain with no air. We were given a tiny cup of water twice during that wait. After the long wait we taxi out of toronto to wait another 30 min. Many people missed their conections including my kids and I. We were promised a hotel room in Montreal on the aircraft and at the exit of the aircraft, then directed to a desk after custom where me and my two kids were told that we do not get a room for the night and that we were on our own, after a back and fourth and stating what was told to us, the agent at the counter says that we are right and that we should have a room. I ask the lady if she could look into a different flight for us for the next day as I was with two you g kids and wanted them to get some rest. The gentlemen next to her jumps in and said there wss nothing without even (pretending) looking at their system, I insist and say that they could look for the kids. They seemed to have trouble with our reservation so they gave up. I told them that I needed to talk to a manager, they said there were no managers and that no one can do anything, to which I responded that there must be someone that could do something and that it does not make sense for them to repeat the same think as we are not undestanding each other. She threatns to call security and says I am rude. I say I will go, just give me the vouchers and ger response is “ not giving you the vouchers because you are rude”. I was not rude. It is normal to want to talk to a manager. I even said that the people at the counter were not resoonsible for the long journey and that there was nothing they could have done. But to threten and himiliate someone just because they ask for someone else to talk to ? I understand they are overwhelmed, but you know the quality and calibre of a company in the bad times not the smooth ones. I ended up leaving and paying for my own room and board.
The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.
Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(
It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
They delayed all our flights and lost our luggage flying to Tokyo, Japan. Worst experience I have had with any airline. DO NOT BOOK.
They did great as being my first time flying with them I will consider flying with them again on my next trip.
1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.
Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.
The experience with air Canada, was not really good, first they try to charge for the seat again in the counter after being paid in advance, second we have to wait for a hora inside the plane before departure for mechanics problems
It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.
Flight was delayed going and coming from my destination for over 5 hours. All I was given was a $15 meal voucher that wasn’t even able to cover my lunch or dinner.
Air Canada was great! From the airport at Montreal to boarding to the food on board the plane. The crew was great too! There was a slight issue with some other peoples’ tickets that I overheard about but the crew handled with care immediately to ensure everyone was comfortable and we could takeoff! The flight was ok, the flight attendants were lovely, the movies were good, the food was ok, and I am just sad because my luggage didn't arrive with me in Iasi because the flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt was delayed and then I barely made the rest of my flights. Also, there was no real support once I got off each of the flights. There was nobody to ask about gate or where to be and for example when I got off in Vienna to catch the flight to Iasi there was no screen where I could read the gate and time of departure of the plane. I was going crazy trying to find the plane to Iasi and I barely made it. When my luggage finally arrived home it was broken. The handle was completely broken and that was not so good. I am in a visit here, in Romania, and I will have to buy a new luggage.
Plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom nearly nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to repair it. This flight was in direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.

The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!
I was charged for one of my luggage twice, when I was not supposed to be charged for it
I paid for extra legroom which was not honored and have spent hours trying to get a refund for without success. I have since come to learn Lufthansa has a habit of reassigning seats and making it impossible to get refunds.
It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!
I had a good experience With Lufthansa, although on one of our seats, the headrest was broken and kept falling off. The only thing that would make a better experience if the seats in economy were not so small as when one pulls their seat back it leaves you very little room.
The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.
Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties
