1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.
Air Canada was great! From the airport at Montreal to boarding to the food on board the plane. The crew was great too! There was a slight issue with some other peoples’ tickets that I overheard about but the crew handled with care immediately to ensure everyone was comfortable and we could takeoff! Great experience with Air Canada
The plane was dirty. It appeared that Air Canada did not know vacuum cleaners had been invented. Second, the overhead bins were about 1/3 or 1/2 the size of "normal" bins. That was a problem. The worst was disembarking in the weather in Montreal. I have cold agglutinin disease. That means my red blood cells clump together and then are destroyed when exposed, even by breathing to cold air. A few seconds of exposure can be dangerous. I am now experiencing extreme fatigue caused by the anemia from that experience. I should have had more assistance descending a narrow ramp and then traversing, even if only a few feet, of icy pavement. The blowing snow penetrated my facial covering and has caused problems.
Boarding was a disaster one person checking in 200 people took 25 min to check in zone 1&2.
Boarding could be improved, no need to wait after a previous group is completed
We boarded 1.5 hours late. Long wait for the bags when we got to Mexico City. Long wait to get on plane with people mover truck. Friendly staff. They answered all questions as best the could. Such a long, long walk from the plane to customs. Thank you, Michael A. Burris Cambridge, Massachusetts USA

Overall it was great! Seats were comfortable. We were offered snack and drink on the way to Florida but only a drink coming back. Free messaging for aero plan members was a great feature to have on board so we can connect with loved ones … entertainment like movies and shows was also a good selection!
