The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great

Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.
Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.

Overall the experience was excellent. Plane was clean but more importantly quiet. Recently, I’ve noticed that Airbus planes seem quieter than their Boeing counterparts. I definitely prefer flying in an Airbus plane.

So we didn't actually go. We were hoping to go for the Inauguration of the first female president. When That Guy got elected, we bailed. Unfortunately, we got basically none of our money back, despite having travel insurance. Would not fly with Air Canada again unless I had to.

I was overcharged either by United or sister airline Air Canada. It's exhausting dealing with companies nowadays that irresponsibly abuse access to credit/debit cards.
