No Asian Vegetarian food was available on this sector but only fish and chicken and pasta were offered.

For Vegetarian Food was very poor. Though we had opted for Asian Vegetarian Food they didn’t serve but only what was available was served. We were offered Smoked Salmon!

It was very bad experience with Ethiopian airlines . The flight was delayed in both ways . On the way coming back one of the crews dropped hot coffee on my whole body and other crew dropped used dirty glasses on top of me . The same crew that dropped hot coffee on me hit me with the food trolley on my knee while I was sleeping . I couldn’t sit properly due to the pain on my knee caused by those irresponsible crews . Very unprofessional airlines

Flight was delayed an hour. Also, I bought an extra legroom seat online; but the actually plane was a different configuration so I didn't get what I paid for . This happened on the Addis to Lusaka leg of my trip.

The plane was overbooked and the crew was very rude. My luggage was never put on the plane. I got to NY and waited 2 hours just to find out that my luggage was left.

My experience was great. The flight attendants were very helpful and nice, and the food was very good.

Terrible customer service I lost my bag luggage and I still haven’t received any information

I felt all of the food tasted the same. And we had five meals over the 16 hrs in the air.

Like: It arrived, Dislike: Boarding was a separate corridor with no counter announcements at the passenger waiting area. Very dirty airplane and toilets, food options were terrible - everything even the vegetarian option was a curry spice. Many other passengers using the toilets would not lock the door and kept door partially open during use - flight attendants would not enforce or direct them to lock it and light turns on, no entertainment options at all, other passengers would be singing and not peaceful. Atrocious flight experience.

The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.

Overall good experience. The flight from Toronto to Denver does not have entertainment - movies to watch.

During the pre-departure safety briefing, the flight attendants rushed through the mandatory safety announcements in both official languages, making it difficult for passengers to clearly understand the instructions. Given the importance of these messages for passenger safety, this lack of clarity was concerning. Perhaps use a recoded message to alleviate this concern. Additionally, the flight attendants appeared to lack the professional attentiveness typically expected during a flight. Rather than focusing on timely and courteous service, they seemed more engaged in personal conversations than in addressing the needs of passengers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and care that travelers expect from a national carrier: AC.

They left on of my bags in Toronto and it took two days to get it.

The whole experience what excellent, from Anjou at the ticket counter to the attendants on the flight. Although it was an older plane, it was a very good flight. One of the best flights I have had on Air Canada!

Flight 3 hours late due to poor planning followed by a thunderstorm which happened after the scheduled departure time. Plane stuck on ground for 3 hours and flight connections missed without compensation resulting in new tickets needing to be bought.

It was what it was. The crew were very supportive of my wife's inability to sit for long (without severe pain). I say the food was excellent because we bought sushi at Bento, pre flite. We did not complete the final leg (YVR to YYJ) as we were able to catch the last ferry to Swartz Bay. Thanks to Air Canada ( crew and network ) for the connections to/from SJO.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

Unable to serve coffee on flight which I understand but inconvenient.

thee is no screen on these flights, smaller storage cabins scuffed my carry on, it was ok overall

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.
