The flight crew was extremely hospitable, though there was a lot of turbulence, they made it a good experience. The only negative was the inflight experience for economy class. There wasn’t any, or at least non that I was aware of.

The flight crew was extremely hospitable, though there was a lot of turbulence, they made it a good experience. The only negative was the inflight experience for economy class. There wasn’t any, or at least non that I was aware of.

I liked the friendliness of the employees at the airport

I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies

The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR

Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..

The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.

STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.

I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.

There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.

Uncomfortable seats and flight attendant was rude as she insisted on waking up my husband to ask him if he wanted a drink. When he said that he was sleeping, she replied “without an attitude “. He was seated at 8c

Very friendly and efficient and smooth boarding. We were even way early arriving at my destination. Thank you.

Cabin was roomy enough to easily slide my carry on under the seat in front of me!

Nice modern plane. Can use your own device for entertainment. Get a snack on the plane.

Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.

Everything was on time, we arrived early, everything worked well.

Flight delayed, missed connection, had to stay overnight. Next flight instead of our business class we were booked on the very back row. Second time this had happened in 2 months.

Service in first class no longer exists on American Airlines .

We were offered Flight Change due to overbooking. We accepted and chose an earlier flight. We went to Rebooking center to make the change but agent told us no changes permitted on our Basic ticket. AA should not have made the offer to change our flight.

Overall good experience. The flight from Toronto to Denver does not have entertainment - movies to watch.

During the pre-departure safety briefing, the flight attendants rushed through the mandatory safety announcements in both official languages, making it difficult for passengers to clearly understand the instructions. Given the importance of these messages for passenger safety, this lack of clarity was concerning. Perhaps use a recoded message to alleviate this concern. Additionally, the flight attendants appeared to lack the professional attentiveness typically expected during a flight. Rather than focusing on timely and courteous service, they seemed more engaged in personal conversations than in addressing the needs of passengers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and care that travelers expect from a national carrier: AC.

They left on of my bags in Toronto and it took two days to get it.

The whole experience what excellent, from Anjou at the ticket counter to the attendants on the flight. Although it was an older plane, it was a very good flight. One of the best flights I have had on Air Canada!

Flight 3 hours late due to poor planning followed by a thunderstorm which happened after the scheduled departure time. Plane stuck on ground for 3 hours and flight connections missed without compensation resulting in new tickets needing to be bought.

It was what it was. The crew were very supportive of my wife's inability to sit for long (without severe pain). I say the food was excellent because we bought sushi at Bento, pre flite. We did not complete the final leg (YVR to YYJ) as we were able to catch the last ferry to Swartz Bay. Thanks to Air Canada ( crew and network ) for the connections to/from SJO.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

Unable to serve coffee on flight which I understand but inconvenient.

thee is no screen on these flights, smaller storage cabins scuffed my carry on, it was ok overall

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.
