I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class

Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality

This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any

They only had vegetarian food left on the flight which I wasn’t happy about. I didn’t get any food to eat at all.

Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe

Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever and no wifi. Prepare to disembark by a staircase.

Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.

Good food. Excellent crew service. Clean aircraft. Narrow seats and isle.

They cancelled our flight home less than 24 hours before it was supposed to leave. It partially ruined our last day because I was on the phone trying to get 5 people home and the stress that it causes. We still arrived at the airport with no definite flight plans. The actual flight was good but my kids really misses the kids meals I had ordered for them which obviously didn’t make it to the new flight.

The seats were really cramped. The high backs on the chairs made you feel claustrophobic.

Maybe more diverse entertainment. Although the inflight cameras were amazing 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised as it was my first time flying with them. The seats were comfortable with more legroom than usual. The service was great too! The entertainment was good but could use a few more new movies.

Nothing special or negative. Pretty typical flight…no freebies in the way of food etcetera, but none were expected.

Missed a connecting flight and SAS was at fault. I was awarded a $20 voucher in exchange for 8 hours of my time? Gfy.

Please see my comments for the flight from Chicago to Copenhagen

All flights were on time! The crew was nice and polite Thank you. Food was awful. They give you terrible pasta or rice dish and make you pay for chicken if you’d like meat. When I asked for water with my tea, they told me, I’d have to pay 3 euros for water. Restrooms were filthy half way through the flight.

It was ok. Vegan meal was good, however no complimentary alcoholic beverages.

compared to other business class journeys, the hard product is okay..but the service of the staff is underwhelming. They are very senior and seems only to care for the colleagues they upgraded to biz and to themselves , I was not offered food before after 1 1/2 -2 hours, and the menu had one dish and the food was not that. And i could not get the breakfast.. just coffee and a croissant. i have type 1 diabetes .. luckily i had my own food. was low in sugar after sleeping and woke up 55 minutes before landing .. not able to get food anymore !! so bad business experience!

Overall good experience. The flight from Toronto to Denver does not have entertainment - movies to watch.

During the pre-departure safety briefing, the flight attendants rushed through the mandatory safety announcements in both official languages, making it difficult for passengers to clearly understand the instructions. Given the importance of these messages for passenger safety, this lack of clarity was concerning. Perhaps use a recoded message to alleviate this concern. Additionally, the flight attendants appeared to lack the professional attentiveness typically expected during a flight. Rather than focusing on timely and courteous service, they seemed more engaged in personal conversations than in addressing the needs of passengers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and care that travelers expect from a national carrier: AC.

They left on of my bags in Toronto and it took two days to get it.

The whole experience what excellent, from Anjou at the ticket counter to the attendants on the flight. Although it was an older plane, it was a very good flight. One of the best flights I have had on Air Canada!

Flight 3 hours late due to poor planning followed by a thunderstorm which happened after the scheduled departure time. Plane stuck on ground for 3 hours and flight connections missed without compensation resulting in new tickets needing to be bought.

It was what it was. The crew were very supportive of my wife's inability to sit for long (without severe pain). I say the food was excellent because we bought sushi at Bento, pre flite. We did not complete the final leg (YVR to YYJ) as we were able to catch the last ferry to Swartz Bay. Thanks to Air Canada ( crew and network ) for the connections to/from SJO.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

Unable to serve coffee on flight which I understand but inconvenient.

thee is no screen on these flights, smaller storage cabins scuffed my carry on, it was ok overall

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.
