Service was great from start to finish. Pleasant attendants, timely luggage to carousels.

This airline is never a disappointment. Always on time. Short haul from YLW to YYZ , best way to travel.

Boarding was fine, and flight was on time. During the flight however, you aren't even offered a drink of water. The carts never leave the galleys. All the attendants said the whole time is take your headphones off and buckle your seatbelt. For the price I wouldn't expect 5 star service, but maybe a drink would have been acceptable

Nothing needs to change as it is such a short flight.

The employees at the counter when we first arrived were very helpful and kind. The flight attendants were are very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated we departed on time.

My husband required a wheelchair to get to the airplane and the service he received was exemplary. Thank you.

WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight

Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight

I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.

We never had an experience they canceled the flight and they did not offer us an alternative flight. I had to book one on my own expense. They offered us food voucher and we could not use them at the airport it kept saying not attached to an existing flight. The people at the counter were rude and cold and they did not care about our situation

Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay

Found the seats very crowded—too close together ! And waited a long time for our luggage All staff at both ends were excellent!!!

First flight out in the morning is often the best chance of running on time. Not in this case, which unfortunately is now what passengers can expect as what is common. - If you are late for a flight, too bad for you. - If West Jet is late, too bad for you. - Bags don't make it? Too bad for you. - Flight change by 1+ days, too bad for you Prices continue to increase, while customer service nosedives. This is backwards and in any other develop country would be considered unacceptable - except for Canada. Too bad for us.

Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.

Will never book through you again. Very disappointed in the notices and action taken or provided when planes are rescheduled, enough to cause missed connections

During the pre-departure safety briefing, the flight attendants rushed through the mandatory safety announcements in both official languages, making it difficult for passengers to clearly understand the instructions. Given the importance of these messages for passenger safety, this lack of clarity was concerning. Perhaps use a recoded message to alleviate this concern. Additionally, the flight attendants appeared to lack the professional attentiveness typically expected during a flight. Rather than focusing on timely and courteous service, they seemed more engaged in personal conversations than in addressing the needs of passengers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and care that travelers expect from a national carrier: AC.

It was what it was. The crew were very supportive of my wife's inability to sit for long (without severe pain). I say the food was excellent because we bought sushi at Bento, pre flite. We did not complete the final leg (YVR to YYJ) as we were able to catch the last ferry to Swartz Bay. Thanks to Air Canada ( crew and network ) for the connections to/from SJO.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

Unable to serve coffee on flight which I understand but inconvenient.

thee is no screen on these flights, smaller storage cabins scuffed my carry on, it was ok overall

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

Short delay to Regina from Toronto. No in flight entertainment, but crew were professional in their duties

Terrible. They boarded us and then we sat at the gate for 2.5 hours. Our flight overall was delayed 6 hours.

Amazing!! They had lots of entertainment with movies, shows, games, and music. I did not feel bored on the flight at all :)

Air Canada cancelled my flight and did not issue a refund. Air Canada does not accept phone calls to their customer service line 888.247.2262 for rebooking. Aircanada.com is down.
