Staff at Gate desk were helpful. My connecting flight from the first part of my trip Kona to Seattle was late. I had to run through SeaTac Seattle to catch my flight to San Jose. They made an exception to let me board. On my return trip San Jose to San Diego and San Diego to Honolulu the same thing happened. One flight arrived late and I had to run through the terminal to catch my connection. There are no Gluten-free & Vegan options meals and snacks to purchase.
generally good. No snacks or drinks on the flight 3379 from Portland to San Jose, CA. Sad.
Had to pay $8 for internet wasnt cool, no tv’s, had to use phone to watch movies, no food choices seemed available unless u ordered in advance maybe I'm wrong about that but seemed that way, no snacks were served. Seemed a very bare bones flight. But it was on time and safe so that was good

I had a horrible and traumatic bullying experience the last time I flew ( frontier). I was incredibly anxious about these flights. However, it was so relaxed, organized and the crew was efficient and polite. It was so refreshing and relaxing.
Terrible airport. It took over one hour to pass checkpoint and security gate. We stood under the sun in the long line
The flight arrived on time and the crew were friendly. I had pleanty of legroom.
Paid extra $230 to check frozen fish on arrival to LAX. I was told my bags miss my flight and we’re gonna be on the next flight that comes in two hours later regrettably my family was here to pick me up so I had to drive all the way home to drop them off then turn around and come back if I had waited on Alaska to deliver them they told me that they would be delivered in 4 to 6 hours after 8 AM tomorrow which would’ve caused the fish to spoil stink and be a lost cause they would’ve put about $2500 worth of fish down the drain very unhappy with Alaska Airlines for not getting my baggage here, especially since I had to pay for the extra service
Everything except for the lack of a choice of the snack provided was great.
How can we get assigned an A seat when booking a flight ?
