• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.
The food was good, but we are not able to use earphones to watch a movie.
The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.
Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face
Fast and efficient boarding. Flight was on time. Service was very good for our long flight. First time flying with this airline and I would highly recommend.
Great food in business class. Great service by staff. They were all so very nice
No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.
Seats could have been more comfortable, but it was a pretty good experience all things considered
Staff’s were polite & helpful. Love to fly with Eva Air!❤️
