Delayed 4 hours fir maintenance. Had to cancel and fly with a different airlines.

The pilots were excellent at getting us in just before the bad thunderstorm hit! The low marks on food and entertainment are because there was none, but on a red eye no one wanted either - we tried to sleep,
Well it was late 35 minutes for boarding. Something you can't make up in a 5 1/2 hour trip? There IS no entertainment. There IS no food. The comfort is so so. You guys used to be so good. You charged me for check in baggage, then ask people to check it in for free while waiting to board?! Shame on you for turning into Spirit and Frontier Airlines.
Very crowded and very noisy . No way to really rest .
Seats were the least comfortable that I can remember ever having. Seat location just across from lavatory doors was not a good location to say the least. Wife has a back problem and to have a seat that is no adjustable for posture was torture for the three plus hour flight
I did not purchase this flight nor have an account with Kayak. That person used my email to sign up for an account to book the flight. Reached out many times, chatted with a representative, no response from anyone. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM KAYAK.
Flight was delayed but it worked out fine. A woman was yelling and singing loudly throughout the flight. Unpleasant for everyone around

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
It was so bad experience they wanted just charged passengers for any reason.
Boarding process was poor and slow. Should fill the plane up from the back like other good airlines
Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives.
The seats were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever been on. Other similar-sized jets with the same seating arangement have been far more comfortable. This interfered with sleeping, so it was a big issue. Moreover, the lack of a digital boarding pass forced an extra trip to print one, and the overall digital experience was poor. WestJet's website could not figure out one of my flights existed.

flight was delayed and stewards were preoccupied and not helping passengers. The pilot was very communicative which was great. The window was dirty as were the back of the front seats with chewed gum and slime on it. I hope this helps.

Require more comfortable seats. More frequent water/beverage service. I would like better food choices. Overall, very mediocre. I now only fly WestJet when there are no other schedule options - no longer my first choice.
The speakers were way too loud. Music was played during boarding too. This noise could've been avoided.
The experience was good. Flight was on time. Liked how they offered to accept carryon baggage for free before as I was checking in online.

Entertainment system kept crashing. Very hard to keolep a connection. Plane arrived in good time then sat waiting for ground crew for nearly 30 minutes... makes for a frustrating end to an otherwise ok trip. I'm not a big fan of your Rouge format but we're limited on direct flights to YYZ....so we suck it up.
Awful. Late. Basic. Phone charger jacks didn't work. No entertainment No coffee even.
Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.
