Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

The Priority check in in Toronto rivalled the poorest I've experienced. The young woman at the desk (7:30 AM, YYZ) was unfriendly and abrupt, behaving as though we were interrupting her day. Her inch long fingernails said it all....I really don't belong here. Other than that, WestJet personnel provided a good travel experience, especially in flight. I must say that the repeated announcements about the cabin being full and how folks should gate check their bags became tedious. WestJet should just offer free checked luggage and charge for carry on suitcases. It would save a lot of time and the voices of the gate agents.

It was fine. I had a lot of trouble trying to buy a seat. The Westjet website charged me and then didn’t give me my seat. I ended up keeping the seat I was assigned and hope that the charges didn’t go through.. they didn’t. But this problem with the website (trying to purchase a seat at check in) has happened a few times before. But overall the flight was good.

The back seats are crowded and at times uncomfortable. I guess that’s part of the price of paying less for a seat.

It was okay overall, but it was a 4 hours flight and the only thing we got was snacks, I really expected breakfast.

Terrible! Delayed three times, landed at some corner of airport, walked in bitter cold night, took a bus, bad experience

My wife and I had an uncomfortable experience with your WestJet ticket counter rep at the WestJet Priority Member ticket counter at YYC (Calgary) on May 15, 2024. I not knowing this individual’s exact name, however, in order to easily identify her, she was one (of only two at the time) ticket counter reps at your Priority members ticket counter check-in, upon our arrival around 12:15 p.m. She was a Caucasian woman with blonde hair, and wore spectacles, approximate age being probably somewhere in her 30’s or 40’s. Background: After arriving in to the West Jet terminal in Calgary (YYC), I asked a terminal employee where the West Jet check-in ticket counter was. He told me, “Column 16”. My wife and I continuing to walk through the terminal, we finally arrived at the Column 16 area, i.e. this woman’s ticket counter area, which we discovered later was the Priority Member ticket counter. However, I was simply going by the directions given to me by the previous employee, i.e. “Walk to column 16.” Standing in her line (my wife and I being the only people in her line at the time), I tried to get her attention, and I then gestured to her, motioning to her as if to ask her if I should then possibly leave the waiting line in order to then proceed to walk up to her ticket counter. She never really motioned me to come forward. I sort of had to figure this out on my own, as my wife and I then finally decided to walk forward to her station. From this point on, after I arrived at her ticket counter, never once did she ever look me in the eye. She was always looking at her computer screen, or down at the ground, as she and I occasionally exchanged conversation with one another in order for me to be able to acquire my boarding passes from her. Shortly after she began servicing us, she commented that her work section is for Priority members only. Fair enough. I did not realize this at the time. Wishing to be polite, I then mentioned to her that, if I should, I could then walk over to the regular West Jet check-in ticket counter in order to complete the check-in process. She remained quiet, never responding to this goodwill gesture of mine. She continued to work in order to print out my boarding passes, and then finally handed them to me, never at all the entire time looking at me. I told her, “Thank you.” Never once did she respond. My wife and I then walked away. Even my wife commented to me afterward that this woman absolutely never looked at us. I cannot say that this attendant was outright rude. However, she certainly was not at all warm, congenial, nor friendly. Additionally, … After getting on the plane, we then discovered that she had needlessly assigned us seats in the very last row of the plane, these being the seats adjacent to the restroom back wall, thus, unfortunately not at all reclinable. I think that the row number of this last row of seats was 30. [However, I am not sure.] How strangely awkward that we were assigned these uncomfortable row of seats when in fact the row immediately ahead of us, i.e. I think that was row 29, had two vacancies, which could have otherwise easily seated my wife and me. That is, my wife and I could have easily been assigned these more comfortable seats, which would be reclinable, and then row 30 could have otherwise had instead our two vacancies. After our flight departed, and the fasten seatbelt sign was turned off, my wife and I had hoped to “jump seats”, that is, to leave row 30 and instead sit in row 29 to utilize the reclinable seats. However, another couple apparently had the same idea as us. That is, these other two people, for whatever reason, decided to leave their previously assigned seats, and instead, seat themselves in row 29. Thus, my wife and I were stuck with these miserably cramped row 30 seats for the entire 3.5 hour flight. To reiterate, the WestJet rep we originally encountered, knowledgeable of the plane lay-out as it appeared on her computer screen, could have easily assigned us the more comfortable row 29 seats, instead of the non-reclinable row 30 seats.

Keep better track of bags. Not sure how they got lost. Also not sure why it took two weeks for us to get them back. Had to buy a bunch of necessities because they were packed.

It was very, very cold extremely uncomfortable almost unbearable I was sitting at the front of the cabin

Our trip was booked to be 2 hours after arriving in Calgary but it was changed until the next morning forcing us to stay overnight in Calgary with no compensation

Was the longest flight I have ever taken to Orlando. Not Westjet’s fault necessarily. There was a traffic issue in Orlando. We sat in the airplane for about 2 hrs before leaving Calgary on a 5 hour flight was just a little long to be stuck in the plane. Once we arrived in Orlando we were stuck in traffic on the ground for another 30min. I guess maybe the flight could be delayed so boarding would have been later so we wouldn’t have to have the discomfort of being on the plane so long.

On-time flight. Nothing out of the ordinary. The food offering upfront could be better.

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!

Awful experience all around, misleading booking led to disgraceful baggage charge at gate. Tiny uncomfortable seats with little drinks served in small paper cups filled halfway. Difficult to use bathrooms the whole flight and now on the way back we’re stuck in Lisbon a day later because of a diversion on our connecting flight, I will never fly this airline again.

I suspect that there was an item pilfered from my bag at the TAP automated check-in counter on March 26th at Heathrow Airport around 11:30am. I think that the employee assisting me with my bags took something out of it when I was not paying attention because today, March 27th there is a notebook missing. Please check the camera to see if indeed this occurred. My description: Male, African Decent, 5'8, 180lbs medium build, wearing trousers and a jacket. Employee description: Female, Indian Decent (guessing) 5'7, slight build. Flight 1359, London to Lisbon.

Very agressive with bags both arrival and departures found minor damage to my luggage including my check bag being broken into nothing of value was in there so I do not believe anything was taken but definitely broken zipper into the outer pockets of suitcase

Everything was nearly perfect, and TAP staff were especially helpful when we missed our connecting flights and had to get on the next flight to Rome. The only aspect that could have been better was boarding: it was somewhat disorganized, which created a bit of stress. But in the end, everyone got on the plane, so the less-then-perfect boarding process did not take away from the overall excellent experience.

The quality of the aircraft and the professionalism of TAP's staff were perfect. The quality of vegan meals can be hit or miss depending on the airline and the city of departure; on this flight, our vegan meals were quite good. The boarding process for the connecting flight in Lisbon could have been organized a bit better, but it did not spoil our overall experience with TAP, which was excellent. I'd definitely recommend TAP to others.

TAP Air makes you take a bus on arrival or departure, making it difficult for passengers to make connections.

Two of three flight attendants were not super kind as I would expect. The very kind young lady in my section was wonderful but then lady and man up front were not. Sorry but it makes a difference !

I was seated next to someone who was, to be polite, not a small person. I had to press myself against the wall as I had no personal space. Aside from that the crew was wonderful and they got me home safely, which is the most important part of my journey. I am very appreciative to your air crews for the job they have, which isn't easy, and appreciative of the fact that they are professional and courteous. The employees I encountered on my journey, with the few exceptions I mentioned in a previous review, are a credit to Air Canada.

My flight was from Charleston, SC to Halifax, NS with one layover and the same on the return. My flight to Halifax was good! The employees at check-in were helpful and friendly. No issues there. My each leg of my flight to Halifax was pleasant. The air crews were excellent, professional and courteous. Arrival in Toronto was uneventful, and the gate agents were friendly and helpful. The same for my flight to Halifax. My return trip was not so pleasant. The flight from Halifax to Toronto was great, with everything I mentioned above: friendly check-in staff and gate agents and quick boarding. It is when I got to Toronto that things went off the rails. In short my flight to Charleston was cancelled about an hour before boarding due to weather in Charleston. I received a text stating I would be rebooked within the 1/2 hour, and I was... on a flight at 6:40 pm the next day, more than 24 hours out! I absolutely could not stay in Toronto that long as I had to be back in Savannah for work. I went to the Air Canada service desk and here is where it really came off the rails for me. Please understand that up to this point every Air Canada employee I had interaction with was wonderful. However my experience with your service desk left much to be desired. As I stood in line with about 30 other people one of the agents announced that for those of us whose flight was cancelled that we had been rebooked, and to please follow her so we could be "escorted out". I turned to someone in line and asked what that meant, "escorted out"? They had no idea. As someone who has limited international travel experience I had no idea what to expect. One of the passengers asked her about accommodations, and was told basically that the cancellation was due to weather and therefore not Air Canada's problem (paraphrasing, but that was the message). She then proceeded to herd a group of passengers to be "escorted out". No other explanation. I waited in line to talk with one of the agents, and happened to get the same agent who had just taken the group out. I told her I could not wait for another flight 24 hours away and asked if they could try and book me on an earlier flight. She handed me a card and said there was nothing they could do and to call the 800 number to try and get another booking. She was extremely short with me and acted as if it was a bother to answer my questions. She said that I needed to be "escorted out". I asked her what does that mean? She explained that the international side of the airport closed at 10:00 pm and that we could not stay in the terminal overnight. I then asked her where I was going to be escorted to, to which she answered "the curb". The curb... outside of the airport? Yes, the curb. That was all she said. I left the desk to call the 800 number to rebook my flight. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and very helpful, and was able to get me a flight out at 7:55 am the next morning with a connection in Chicago. Absolutely wonderful experience there. I then proceeded to walk through the terminal to find my way out so that I could get a hotel for the night (another $225 I was not expecting to spend). I didn't realize that I could not exit the terminal without being "escorted out". I, and several other passengers, found our way at the far end of the terminal which was, apparently, closed to all except domestic Canadian travel. We were not aware of this. We were approached by a young lady with Air Canada and told that we had to turn around and we were not permitted in that section of the airport. She was abrupt and quite rude about it. Not a pleasant person. I made my way back to the service desk so that they could escort me out. About an hour after getting my flight taken care of I received another text that my morning flight had been delayed by 45 minutes. Not a huge deal as I was able to make my connection in Chicago, but it did put me on edge expecting another cancellation. My flight from Toronto to Chicago and then to Charleston was with United Airlines. The flight to Chicago was pleasant. I was fortunate enough to have a seat to myself. The flight from Chicago to Charleston was on a smaller plane, two seats each side, and the individual next to me was not a small individual. I had to press myself against the wall of the plane as I had zero space. Other than that the flight was fine and, again, the crew professional and courteous. I hate to complain because I know that airline employees, both on the ground and in the air, deal with some crazy things and many unpleasant passengers. I get it. I am in hospitality and I absolutely understand, and am appreciative of your associates and the jobs they have. It's not easy and, I imagine, quite stressful at times. Every Air Canada associate I interacted with was wonderful and do your airline credit, aside from those that I just mentioned above. It's not hard to answer a question, even if you're having a hard day. I also understand that things happen that are beyond the control of the airline. Weather, mechanical issues, passengers acting up... I totally understand. When it is all said and done Air Canada got me home safely, for which I am most grateful, and I am grateful for all of your associates who were professional and courteous during my journey.

Air Canada had a lot of delays on our flight going back to Seattle. So much inconvenience for a long trip.

Very poor. Flight was cancelled last minute to deploy the plane for another route

Moderate size plane, not completely full, easy boarding, some rows with just 2 seats so a couple can have a row to themselves

The flight was actually good the staff was all friendly, but I have to give it a bad rating because my luggage was damaged and I was not able to claim that it was damaged. I only realized it once I got to my hotel and when I tried to contact Air Canada it was almost impossible. The number give to make claims is only for US & Canada yet I was in Seoul, when I tried contacting the number for Seoul I was once again told to call the other number or to return to the airport (which was not possible at the moment). So very disappointed that there was no way to claim my damaged bag and now I have to try to get a new bag while on vacation.

The Carry-on luggage that approved by TSA and all other airlines,- always an issue with Air Canada. This is inappropriate as my carry on suitcase meets the requirements however it always asked to check in on AC flight on the gate. Yes I have it for free, but it takes extra time to pick up on the carousel. Apparently it fit the overhead space, so why AC has this issue all the time?

Mess up with not assigning my husband a seat when our two tickets were purchased at the same time. They put us on standby. We were almost bumped off the plane at the gate before departure. Luckily someone volunteered to get a later flight.

Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available

The flight was excellent the problem was that my luggage was damaged (zipper pulls ripped out) and it is difficult to contact the number to claim the damage while in another country and going back to the airport is not an option and no matter what I tried I got the same response to just call the number that is not possible for me to call in the first place. So very disappointed that I can’t claim such damage and that now I have to take part of my trip looking for a new luggage.

Efficient boarding. Good flight but seats were quite uncomfortable considering we'd already been sitting on two flights, total 13 hours or so. Would have liked to have prices on the menu of amenities on the plane. We could have used more water. Restrooms and nonalcoholic beverages at no extra cost, not much else. I realize these were discount tickets, and the airline has to break even, so I can't say we were expecting amenities to be plentiful. Still, it's nice with long flights to discover a few. Very pleasant crew though.

We liked the direct flight from Frankfurt to Orlando, however, it was a little confusing as I thought I was traveling with Lufthansa from Izmir- Frankfurt-Orlando. We were not able to check in online twenty-four hours before the flight from Izmir. One lady in our group wanted to check two suitcases in Izmir, but was not allowed to do so. She was allowed to take the extra bag into the cablin. Others in our group were able to check two bags. In Frankfurt several in our group were given stand-by boarding tickets, which worried them. Everyone eventually was allowed to board, but it caused them to worry. I didn't have any of those problem.

boarding needs to be streamlined load the back of the plane first

Try to humanize onboarding and take AI out. It's embarrassing and useless

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.
