No food or entertainment which was ok given it was a small plane and a short flight , apart from that everything went smoothly and was much easier than having to take two flight to get to the same destination. Central Mountain Air
Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.
Westjet is one of the worst airlines in the world. 100% guaranteed to have flight delays and flight cancellations. Will never book again with Westjet.
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather
Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.
As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.
I like the leg room in the exit isle..easier to get past people and I did t have to pay extra! Westjet changed my return flight time to a night flight 2 weeks before I left and left me hanging with NO HELP to resolve all the frustration they caused since I booked thru BudgetAir. They receive the lowest of star ratings I can give (if there was negative stars I’d be using those) for customer support and an overall bad score for the rest of the experience! So sad cause they used to good :)

Air Canada cancelled my flight without issuing a refund. I could not make this flight. Air Canada does not accept phone calls Aircanada.com is down.
We were sent via the ac app to a wrong gate. And then got a boarding message to the original gate. Had to run through the airport to get to the gate just in time. Were they purposely trying to trick me? The day before flight was sent a message for free change of flight. Kinda suspect they oversold the flight.
Had to buy headphones. Which is sad. I did not so I listened to podcasts and slept. Free beer is excellent a d those pretzels are great too. Overall I feel Air Canada slightly exceeds Westjet for overall experience. But still more can be done. Like allowing guests to view a movie for free.
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
Both my flights from Calgary to Montreal were pleasant. I should also mention my gratitude to the two ladies at YYC who helped with my check in and went out of their way to assist me.
Flt was Vanc to Toronto. You don’t serve food and child behind me kicking the seat. Otherwise good.
Due to the approaching strike I have to admit Air Canada personnel showed empathy and compassion.Thank you for an enjoyable flight
Excellent and friendly service. Interesting snacks and free wine and beer are pluses.
Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.
