Terrible, luggage’s with b/p and diabetes meds including insulin and ozempic. I’ve in them had dissolved and rendered useless

You was on strike and I had to get another r flight and you did not give me my money back

Awful. As we were boarding we were told the flight was cancelled. Then had to stand in a queue for 3 hours to talk to someone at the kiosk of Air Canada. They were not helpful at all. No empathy. My issue is not with them striking but the total disregard for the chaos and distress late notice caused. No thought on the impact this has caused.

This flight was canceled at the last moment and I was stranded in the Vancouver International. I spent the night there without compensation and the staff looked annoyed and wanted to get rid of the passengers without offering much help.

the seats aren't the most comfy -- too little padding and I could feel whatever the passenger behind me was doing. Otherwise, it's all good.

Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.
