Air Transat left my luggage back in Montreal and it took them 5 DAYS to get it to Venice. Luckily I was still in town, or else their option was to send my luggage back to my house in CANADA. What a joke! Oh, and I had to find a way to go get it at the airport in Venice, they needed 72 hours more to get it to where I was staying.

I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.

Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

Actually the flight was on time. New plane, food was okay but not great.

Old plane, hard seats, 1.30 hours delay, while seating on the plane waiting for departure.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.

Boarding was a little chaotic but it was a very large flight. It just wasn’t fast. And there was no noticeable difference between zones boarding.

Crew was pleasant. Aircraft was very dated and uncomfortable for our nearly 4 hour flight. We were in row 17 and they ran out of purchasable food by the time they got to us.

We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.

My window shade didn’t work. So I missed coming into my city. ☹️

Marked by flight delays on all segments of the trip. Food in first class cabin was mediocre and overhead cabin storage was not adequate. Overall, the premium charge for first class cabin was poor and over hyped. This will be our last flight with UA.

We enjoyed that we boarded and took off on time. We didn’t like that our connection flight was a twenty minute walk through the airport with only one hour in between flights.

It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

Two flights, both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

flight delays, staff only communicating when pushed, food service lasting a grand total of 7 minutes, stuck in seat from 45mins into flight until landing

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!

Pros: "In bad circumstances, the FA was terrific!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed pre-boarding and on the tarmac. The weather was the culprit, but we should have not kept getting misleading comments from the online system and then misleading comments about our status from the pilot. That the toilet was misbehaving was an unpleasant reality, but the FA Knew what to do. We all do better when honest communication is the norm."
Cons: "It would have been better if my wife and I had been assigned seats together."
Pros: "Couldn’t get my carry on in tiny overhead. Purser came and did it himself."
Cons: "Could use a larger overhead in this type of plane. Waited on tarmac on landing a long time."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. So friendly and gracious in their attitude. The check in staff before the flight was excellent as well."
Cons: "The seats felt a little worn but weren’t uncomfortable."
Pros: "Missed work cause of flight delay. So now out a day of pay"
Cons: "Flight on time"
Pros: "There were a variety of movies to chose from."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for over an hour. In addition, once we landed in Calgary, we sat in the plane parked for over two hours. The pilot told us he couldn’t find a crew to take our luggage and set us up with the terminal."
Pros: "No middle seats was a plus."
Cons: "Warning: this plane cannot accommodate standard size carry-on luggage well. The bins are tiny and there is not enough room under the seats if you both have a carry-on."
Pros: "Good crew, plenty of legroom in row 12."
Cons: "Very limited food options for a dinner-time flight. Seat lacks lower back support."
Pros: "I was just happy to get home regardless my flight was delayed by over 12 hours."
Cons: "This by far was the worst Air Canada experience in my life. Since then I try to avoid AC at all costs!! The flight was delayed for over 12 hours. One of the flight crew told me AC would put us up in a hotel that night since the delay for us was their fault. No such luck. Horrible!!"

The flights were pretty close to the scheduled times, all connections were smooth and without additional delays, and my luggage was accounted for throughout the journey. All in all, this was the best travel experience I've had in quite some time.

Rouge needs to offer seats with better pitch in economy. Many sick people on a full flight.

The first flight Seattle to Toronto was very poor. My seat was changed. The aircraft was changed. They were having issues with the meals. My second flight from Toronto to Quebec was fine. Short flight still no entertainment. My third flight Quebec to Montreal was very short seats are very uncomfortable, too old and way worn out almost like sitting on a bench. My last flight Montreal to Seattle was fine. Finally, they had some entertainment. Proper food was offered as advertised flight staff was accommodating and friendly, but once again, the aircraft seats are hard like benches.

Limited snack options cause the snack vendor was on strike

I didn’t like the fact that all the customs officers went to lunch so I was in line for 90 minutes due to where the staff directed me. We were told three very different reasons for why the plane was delayed. It was a crowded plane with difficult storage situations for the Carry On bags. The Air Canada airline staff were all very good and professional. I was so disappointed in my cheese and fruit box as the cheese had molded and the fruit wasn’t fresh so I couldn’t eat the majority of the food. This was the last meal I could find as the restaurants had closed when I got in to my destination. I think you could work on improving the food quality.

Flight delayed. Thus connection to Paris missed. About 50 people were left alone in YUL for 22 hours. Extra fees involved. No back up from Air Canada. Then the next day issues with luggage (fee paid to Air Canada but flight transfered/ slided onto Air France) .

Air Canada are just not reliable …. Kept cancelling /delaying flights

-kayak did not give me advanced notice to my e-mail for my flight and I had major trouble finding the code to access Air Canada’s site because you did not provide it to me and incompetent Air Canada did not have any access based on my name alone. WTF -The flight was delayed twice. -They moved the boarding area -They said I would give free checked baggage because the plane was full and they charged me over $30 -They didn’t get my luggage on to the plane and left without it and I’m heading to a cruise ship. -I have lost one FULL day of my limited holiday and had to cancel scheduled events because my luggage did not get on the plane (even though the plane was delayed). -The “wheresmyluggage.com site is a total incompetent disaster that caused additional stress. -I will be sharing this experience

The crowding at the gate to get on is ridiculous.

Can’t comment on food, I didn’t have any but I don’t ever plan on it so I guess that says something on its own. Seats & arm rests are uncomfortable, have to use own devices for entertainment and there was no where to charge. Air travel has become barbaric, if I didn’t need to do it for work I’d stay home.
