Overall very good... staff were friendly and helpful. boarding was good for the most part, but a little hard to get our carry-on bags on there.... I think people should be directed to keep their coats and small bags with them until all the carry-ons are loaded, and then, if there is space, they can put their small bags and coats up top.. makes it much easier to put baggage up. i loved the internet feature, but the entertainment was not there unless you have your own Netflix or similar platform. My chair did not recline, which was very annoying, and the arms won't go up near the isle, which makes it tough to get in and out of the seat.

Staff were excellant. Only snacks served. Some turbulence so we were offered Free beer or wine.

The staff is always great. Just the fact that our flight was the only one delayed from Halifax when all other carries were still flying. It happen a year ago out of Toronto as well. All others were flying but our flight got cancelled 1 hr before the time of departure.

The only issue had when i mentioned about comfort was the man beside me was on the larger side and took about 1/3 of my seat where i was pressed against the wall/window of the plane for the trip.

The check-in staff, boarding staff, and flight crew were all very friendly. Really miss the Porter lounge in Ottawa.

Thanks for giving a beer to everyone in the seat infront of me and then telling me that I can’t have one because they are going to land. I guess I need to pay for a seat and then pick one in the very front of the plane

The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.

Awesome, the whole way through. Thank you, this is the new Canadian Airline benchmark.

We were given a complimentary seat upgrade which was so unexpected but so lovely!

Porter was excellent. Boarding was a breeze. The seats were a little uncomfortably but the overall trip was excellent.

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

Flight delay, cancellation rescheduling and misdirected luggage which created some stress. It all worked out in the end.

Short delay to Regina from Toronto. No in flight entertainment, but crew were professional in their duties

Not much....we did not get the complimentary beverages promised in our ticket. My partner and I did not have the window seats promised. We didnt get to sit together.....

Delayed delayed delayed cancelled and all we got was $60 food or beverage Embarrassing I'd say

Very good AC Rouge flight YYZ-TPA. Great crew, all went smoothly. Thank you!

It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.

It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.

In both directions, one of the two flights was delayed in departing. due to mechanical issues (not weather). That tells me that inspection and maintenance is not being done often enough to prevent such from occurring. In the outbound direction, the second leg was delayed and we had to change our plans for after landing, thus missing an expected event. In the return direction, the first leg that was delayed; we had a long enough layover that we were not hurried to make our connection, but others were not so lucky. Comment about this survey process: in the multiple choice answers, there is no option for "Not Applicable"; as we had no food on board, we can't properly answer that question.

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
