Very uncomfortable flight: unhappy crew, wifi not working, touchscreen not working, food terrible (‘warm turkey and egg sandwich’ was squashed to an unappetizing mass about 1 cm thick) and the low-quality earphones that AC normally provides free of charge were now being sold for $3.95. I’d like to say I won’t fly with Air Canada again, but their flights are normally better so I’ll likely chance it again.

Boarding, offer those who need assistance some time not to be rushed.

The flight was good, the inflight tv's are too old and hard to work

Excellent experience. Smooth boarding, flying and the staff was courteous.

Could have had available the ability to watch a movie , but there was neither any hardware or place to plug-in.

The flight was delayed and made the connecting flight a last minute dash across Vancouver airport.

Very comfortable aircraft -8320-200 airbus-even thru turbulence . Crew were not attentive. One drink and stale pretzels. Crew were not interacting or smiling with passengers.

We didn't get any food, not even a snack. Besides of that the experience of flying with Air Canada was great

Lots of delays, they should be more concerne about their customers

The seats really could do with some extra padding. The staff member who checked me in at Calgary was amazing. Friendly and lovely.
