Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying
Easy self checkin and baggage drop. No in seat entertainment, but wifi and app worked well
Single flights to Cancun purchased through third-party, initially had issues printing luggage labels with the lady at the airport Pearson… Was super friendly and assisted quickly despite being very busy
It was great being a direct flight from Calgary to Tokyo. No transfer to worry about.
The flight was on time and shorter time arrival than planned. I was an ultra basic passenger and understood one personal item on the plane. The announcements of one personal item and zone 9 boarding certainly felt like we were separated from the rest. Actually zone 9 passengers should be boarded second; we are not blocking aisles and can be seated much faster and deboarded faster too.

Never again flying economy on Rouge!!! Literally like sardines!!! Will try to change to better seats 3 seat arrangement only so so if traveling with family. Who wants to squished to stranger!!😖 Can’t say enough bad about this!!!
I booked and paid extra for exit door seats also pre paid for my luggage air Canada changed plains and I never got what I paid for and they made me pay for luggage again they also did this to my wife. They are the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I am sure I will never see the extra money I paid for the seats or the recharge for the luggage. They are subsidized by the taxpayers and don’t give a dam just a horrible way to do business
Overall the experience was excellent. Plane was clean but more importantly quiet. Recently, I’ve noticed that Airbus planes seem quieter than their Boeing counterparts. I definitely prefer flying in an Airbus plane.
Everything related to this flight except the flight time could have been better. This is not the first though that Rouge has disappointed with poor show! Bad crew adds to the agony! Cant help it because of lack of options from YXE!

I had to change the gate so many times that I got confused.
So we didn't actually go. We were hoping to go for the Inauguration of the first female president. When That Guy got elected, we bailed. Unfortunately, we got basically none of our money back, despite having travel insurance. Would not fly with Air Canada again unless I had to.
Did not happen. After being late over and hour we had to embark and get rescheduled . I got my hotel voucher 1:36 am !!!! . The flight was cancelled past 10pm. I had to pay for my hotel and camp the next day till 23:30 for flight to london. Then change airport and pay myself for transportation to Gatwick airport. Never again I will use your services. Unfortunately I have to come back.
