C$ 849 Find Cheap Flights from Toronto Pearson Airport to Laos

Terrible. They boarded us and then we sat at the gate for 2.5 hours. Our flight overall was delayed 6 hours.

Amazing!! They had lots of entertainment with movies, shows, games, and music. I did not feel bored on the flight at all :)

If you want your flight to get delayed constantly for 13+ hours and given a 10 dollar food voucher the. I would say take air canada. Worst experience ever.

Experience was awful and I’ll never fly AirCanada again. 4 canceled flights. Impossible wait times to speak to a customer service rep (over 4 hours for them to tell us to take a train which were all booked). Rude staff. Constant and consistent lack of communication. 0/10.

Flight was delayed 24 hours, then delayed again first was mechanical and second was weather.

My flight was cancelled and I was left to figure out where to find a hotel, something to eat and how to get a new flight at 11:30pm. Wasted a day. Thanks, Air Canada!

Air Canada cancelled my flight and did not issue a refund. Air Canada does not accept phone calls to their customer service line 888.247.2262 for rebooking. Aircanada.com is down.

Efficient board despite a 100% sold out flight. It’s crowded on the plane but crew was working hard to get us off the ground on time and served dinner and breakfast. Food was good.

They kept changing the gate (6 times in 30 minutes) and then left us on the plane for 4 hours before departure. Likely was the storm, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and the e constant running between gates at opposite ends of the airport really threw me and my friend for a loop.
