Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class

Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe

Etihad seems to have a very strict luggage enforcement. I am a very light passenger compared to other passengers which are mainly heavier. I do not understood why airlines enforce the weight restriction so strictly. I was overweight luggage of 1.5kg, but am probably 10+kg lighter than the average passenger. Other airlines are far more accommodating. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned. If weight is such an important issue to an airline they should charge passengers by total amount of body weight plus luggage. To me just ridiculous.

The crew offered no alternatives, which was unexpected. Crew attention was heavily absorbed by a difficult couple in Row 15 (port side), resulting in disproportionate focus. It was concerning that a steward had to personally return to apologize, a task better suited for supervisory staff. This highlights a development opportunity for supervisors Anna and Quashim in managing guest escalation professionally.

The flight take time was changed 23 times. The system kept sending messages it will be earlier at 4am and eventually the flight was at 9am I didn’t sleep all night because of that

Boarding catastrophic let alone have to claimb the plain rather than using jetway. 5.5 hr delay leaving had to do stop in Lgw for a new crew which further compounded the delay. Connecting flight would not wait and had to pend a night in a hotel. Curiously my seat would not go full flat.

I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.

We never had an experience they canceled the flight and they did not offer us an alternative flight. I had to book one on my own expense. They offered us food voucher and we could not use them at the airport it kept saying not attached to an existing flight. It took 30 minutes to check in with the Westjet rep. They didn’t have enough seats and she needed to make a call… I am always “randomly” selected to be checked at security. Their “randomly “ selection system may need some updating. They treat people like criminals. It is not appropriate behavior.

Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay

Lynda was rude and unhelpful. We asked for tea wiht a slice of lemon. She served us Coffee instead. When we spoke to her she made it seem as if we were lying. Not enough electronic outlets for charging in the Air Canada waiting to board area but the Most important thing….the plane was booked to only 40% capacity and my row of 2 other seats were empty. My row happened to be one of the few rows that did NOT have raising arm rests. The flight attendant made effort to seat me in a different row. I needed wheelchair assistance due to a cyst on my knee and struggled to move from seat to seat to get to the row. Those 2 empty seats tormented me the entire 15+ hour flight as I had to be upright the entire flight and was not able to elevate my knee. Lots of other passengers were laying down due to the arm rest being able to retract. It is a shame that he couldn’t be gracious and find a row that I could move to.

During the pre-departure safety briefing, the flight attendants rushed through the mandatory safety announcements in both official languages, making it difficult for passengers to clearly understand the instructions. Given the importance of these messages for passenger safety, this lack of clarity was concerning. Perhaps use a recoded message to alleviate this concern. Additionally, the flight attendants appeared to lack the professional attentiveness typically expected during a flight. Rather than focusing on timely and courteous service, they seemed more engaged in personal conversations than in addressing the needs of passengers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and care that travelers expect from a national carrier: AC.

Terrible. 3 missed flights and 24 hours delayed with lost bag and promised $100 compensation from United and absolutely nothing from them…
