I overpaid for the trip. They would not consider giving me any compensation or a credit.
ground crew at Casablanca as well as at Montreal was not helpful at all. specially at Montreal airport, very rude .
Service was excellent, but they ran out of food options by the time they got to my seat (row 36).
The idea of needing to go outside in the winter to board in icy cold temperatures is totally a non starter for me. Seats were very uncomfortable though the leg room not too terrible. Attendants were nice
The experience was good. Flight was on time. Liked how they offered to accept carryon baggage for free before as I was checking in online.
Flight was delayed by 45 min. No problems. Everyone took it in stride.
On this flight, we didn't even get water offered, nor any other beverage. Therefore we got a snack of pretzels. Flight was good and Air Canada a good airline
I would realllllly like to have been in a seat closer than row FORTY. Needing assistance - longgg way to walk down and back; then they put me in the middle seat-needing to get up for the window seat passenger to go to the washroom etc.
The flight went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the pilot flew the plane really, really well. Take off, landing were great and a smooth flight in between!
No issues with the flight and flight crew. cleaner seats in economy section would have been better
